For our first outing under Divided by One, my collaborator and creative partner Jorge and I headed up to Northampton to make a film at the home of the legendary shoemaker John Lobb.

It was such a treat to step inside a place with so much history and craftsmanship. From the sound of precision tools at work to the careful rhythm of hands shaping leather, the whole experience was incredibly inspiring. We felt lucky to witness the level of care and detail that goes into every pair of shoes.

One of the highlights was meeting the amazing team behind it all, including Satoshi, who leads product development. His knowledge, passion, and openness really brought another layer to the story we’re telling.

This project marks an exciting official beginning for Divided by One, and we can’t wait to share more soon.
