Along the hedgerows and out onto the tussock heavy plains of Hampstead Heath, Nadeem Perera co-founder of Flock Together engages in the art of looking up, watching and noticing. He hears a call, "Kestrel" and he points tellingly, there is indeed a kestrel that his ears have picked out of the interference of birdsong and rustling trees.
